Since Clenbuterol has a long half-life (around 2 days) there seems to be every reason to take the full dose all at once, but this doesn't always work well as some users experience side effects
(tremors, sweating) while others don't . So what's the bottom line here? Try both options again for yourself:
1. Take the full dose in the morning and if you feel good then it will be easier for you
2. If you experience any side effects from taking the full dose, try to split it into two in the morning and a few hours later.
