When I started bodybuilding and I wanted to gain mass I did it but I took gainers, now I drink protein shakes but as regulary as back in those days. Anyway I like to try different protein brands.

Hi,

It all depends on your goal and current results.

Main rule is to keep a balance of carbs, fats and protein & eat clean. This is general answer but for each goal a plan should be made.
