Looking to get back to feeling good and regain sex drive

Hi, I was on TRT treatment for just over a year.
I felt good but sex drive was still lacking.
Looking to get back to feeling good and regain sex drive. Since I’ve been off trt my weight came back and lost motivation again.
I’m 5’6 180 ok shape but not great.
Want to make sure I can take everything I need.
Not worried about reproduction. Those days are gone .
