Hi,
It all depends on your goal and current results.
Main rule is to keep a balance of carbs, fats and protein & eat clean. This is general answer but for each goal a plan should be made.

General rule if you are bulking eat around 2 grams of protein per 1kg of body weight and 4 grams of carbs per 1kg of bodyweight.

Oh and fats around 1.5-2grams/1kg of bodyweight.
