I think it's something classic anavar - 50 mg per day and maybe he added an some test propionat 1 ml per week

Anavar really works and gives good results

Looks like anavar is great choice for definition but I doubt it will help if a person is fat. From what I understand it must be used when your body fat is already low and you want to improve. Correct me if I am wrong.

Add there some cutting workout and diet and you are on your way to a more defined look.

Those are good results.

Anavar is a good addition when you are already low fat and want some extra edge.

Cardio and clean nutrition must be followed.
