Protein powder side effects?

Do you have any negative side effects of protein powder?

Hi, I never had any side-effects from protein and there must be no sides in case the milk you mix it with is not expired

Too much protein can be bad for kidney but that is valid in case you eat too much meat as well.

As far as I know if you dont exceed 2grams per 1kg of body weight it must be allright for a healhty adult.
