Can you use testosterone if bilirubin is high?
Many endocrinologists say it can be used, more then that ... you can use and PCt like clomid, so full cycle if here, test + clomid.
The interesting part is that AI do not recommend using it
Hey, man, I’ve been thinking about starting a cycle of testosterone enanthate, but I just got my bloodwork back, and my bilirubin levels are a bit high. Do you think it’s safe?
Hmm, that’s a tricky one, bro. High bilirubin could mean your liver’s under some stress, and testosterone—whether it’s enanthate or cypionate—can put even more strain on your liver. You might want to hold off until you get that sorted.
Yeah, I’ve read that testosterone can have side effects like liver toxicity, especially if your liver’s already not in great shape. But I thought injectable forms like enanthate or cypionate bypass the liver?
They do to some extent, but your liver still processes some of the metabolites. Plus, if you’re stacking it with anything oral, like Dianabol, that’s a whole other level of stress on your liver. You don’t want to mess around with that.

True. I was planning to keep it simple—just testosterone enanthate for now. But I don’t want to risk making my bilirubin worse.
What will you do after you finish your cycle? you must do PCT
