Hey, just started 0.5mg Retatrutide. Appetite dropped like crazy in 3 days. Bumped to 0.75mg in week 2 because I want impulse control too. Anyone else see effects at this low dose?

Haha yep. Microdosing works for some. I do 0.75mg split M/W/F – shredded to 7%. Overdosing is just wasteful. Don’t fall for the “more is better” hype.

Wait wait… studies start at 1mg and titrate. Most people need 2mg/week to actually feel it. I lost 20lbs in 10 weeks using 2mg + clean diet + treadmill. Microdosing is fine if you’re sensitive though

yeah, welcome to peptide land. I started at 1mg/week, now at 4mg split Mon/Thu. Lost 25lbs in 3 months. Gym feels amazing. But man, skin sensitivity is real.

Haha, yep, that’s called Reta fatigue. Hits 1–2 days after injection for first 4–5 weeks. Then boom – energy returns. Food timing helps. Intermittent fasting + clean eating = magic.

Exactly. Treat it as a tool, not a crutch. If you eat well and track, microdose can be enough

For reference, I do 0.75mg M-W-F. Others do 0.5–1mg twice a week. Minimal effective dose works fine with clean diet. Huge doses = unnecessary unless you want max appetite suppression.

And seriously… verify your source. Gray-market Reta can be bunk or worse. Minimal effective dose + legit source = safe-ish.
