Yo, source talk! Quick question for your members. Is 1 ml of testosterone a week enough to make some gains?

100mg/ml or 250mg/ml???

Alright, first off, what concentration are we even talking about? Some test is 100 mg/ml, some is 250 mg/ml. Big difference, man.

Oh yeah, good point. I think it's the 250 mg/ml one.

Okay, cool. 250 mg per week isn’t crazy, but it’s not bad either. Honestly, for someone just starting out, it could be plenty. You don’t need to drown your muscles in testosterone to grow. Solid training and diet still do most of the work.

Yeah, but you think it’s enough to build noticeable muscle? Like, I’m not talking about looking like those shredded Instagram dudes—you know, the ones who look like walking anatomy charts.

testosterone it’s not magic

Post by davamim70 »

Depends, man. If your workouts are on point and you’re eating like a beast, 250 mg should help you see gains. But look, it’s not magic. You can’t sit on the couch eating pizza and expect to wake up jacked.

Nah, I get it—sleep, calories, protein, and all that. But wouldn't a higher dose be better for faster gains? I mean, hypothetically.

Sure, more test can mean more growth, but it’s not linear. Plus, higher doses bring more side effects—acne, water retention, mood swings. You really want to be the guy with back zits and random temper tantrums at the gym?

Yeah, I’m not trying to scare the cardio bunnies off the treadmills. But real talk, are side effects that common at 250 mg?

Genetics play a huge role

Post by davamim70 »

For most guys? Probably not too bad at that dose, but everyone’s different. Genetics play a huge role. Plus, if your diet sucks or you’re not training hard, it’s basically a waste of test anyway.

if you are just starting out, 250 mg is a good starting point. You can always see how your body reacts and adjust down the line. But seriously, you need to check with a doctor. Playing chemist with your hormones is no joke.
